Our Meticulous Method for a Flawless Finish
Step 1: Technical Material Audit
Our factory grade process starts with identifying the substrate. Oak, pine, mahogany, and laminate all require different chemical bonding agents, so getting this right is everything. We then carry out a deep clean degreasing to strip away years of polish, wax, and oils, because even the best coating will fail on an unprepared surface.
Step 2: Precision Sanding & Repair
We hand sand every surface to create a “mechanical key” for the primer. At this stage, we also repair minor dings, scratches, or grain imperfections, ensuring the final surface is as smooth as glass.
Step 3: The Controlled Spray Environment
Your furniture components are moved to our dust free, 22∘C workshop. We apply high adhesion primers followed by multiple coats of 2K pigment. Because we use HVLP (High Volume, Low Pressure) spray technology, we avoid the brush marks and “orange peel” texture associated with amateur finishes.
Step 4: Curing & Quality Control
The chemical hardener in our 2K system requires specific temperatures to reach full hardness. Once fully cured, every piece is inspected under high intensity lighting to ensure a flawless finish, then carefully wrapped and returned to your home.
